To my knowledge 4th wall doesnt have a Etsy(he had a Ebay but that was years and years ago), Laban has a freewebstore off of his website, did you try contacting him directly from his website? Never had a problem with them and he is a easy going guy. I own 3 of the red hood helmets and multiple masks over the years. I get the feeling you got scammed my friend.

Hey bro,I also had a bad experience with 4th wall. I literally had to track them down over in the UK. Spoke to the wife and husband. Nothing but bs excuses. I also blew up their Facebook page until I got my refund. Ur helmet does look dope btw. Darkknightfx has the best RedHood helmet in my opinion.

Wow!! Yeah man, his Etsy shop has awful reviews regarding his communication and customer service. Really embarrassing behavior from someone trying to run a business. He complains about being overworked but he shouldn’t take on more orders than he can manage.
