I've noticed that you have those anti heel drag guards on the sole of the shoe and I've been planning on getting them, are they worth it? and also if you unstick them and clean it will it leave residue?

My first time seeing that anti heel guard, the ones before looked like some piece of s#!€ orthopedic crap 🥴 this is clean I wanna try this before any drip grip that’s for sure
