The "how to" stuff is great. Really cool to see how to accomplish the fabrication. You make it look easy.

Thank you so much Joseph! I’m glad you enjoyed the build! And hahaha. I guess like anything, the more we do it ( and mess up ) the better and more efficient we get! Cheers !

Thank you Karl! I’d have to agree, it’s a pretty cool ride for sure! And haha, yeah buddy, getting there! As nice as it is to see that number grow, my most selfish takeaway from the channel is reading comments from guys like yourself! I’m always appreciating your north Florida love buddy! Cheers!

My man I'm loving ❤ this content. I've flipped motorcycles, cars, and a few small Aluminum boats. Haven't messed with fiberglass boats yet but have used fiberglass on some boat flooring for the aluminum boats. I'm going to start doing this! Thank you! 👍 Oh, and subbed days ago. Keep it up!

NIce I always buy a pack of wood shims from Home Depot to make templates. I also use those shims to mix my resin.

I like the way you filmed this. You ask for suggestions so it'd be cool to see the boat all painted up at the end. But it came out great. Would really like to see the rear deck installed also

Don't be too hard on yourself, this was a solid, engaging video. There are lots of channels out there for fiberglass/DIY newbies, I actually prefer this more advanced kind of DIY stuff. Almost anyone can fiberglass a sheet of coosa.

Do you think the coosa is stronger than Nidacore with an extra layer or two of glass on it? The nidacore seems to be the cheapest core material around, cheaper than divinycell.

could you please try to show that big white boat that looks like its a sailboat hull but has no mast. it was the one with the skeleton on it. TY

So what are you going to build out of that hull you used when you showed how to make the little bulkhead/floor support. It looks another speed skiff build is in the future. Good stuff here !

How you seal around that PVC by the motor?
@jaxpatriot9045 ай бұрын
I noticed alot.of your projects are smaller boats but I have a dream of getting a 25+ ft boat with a cabin , stripping it all out, demolishing the cabin and turning it in to a large sporty center console. With your knowledge would that be feasible? Or are most of the bigger boats structurally built around the cabins?
@diywaterworld5 ай бұрын
Hi there, yes, I definitely feature smaller boats / skiffs on the channel. They’re more budget friendly and they keep me “ between the lines” in terms of affordability and usability. My rule is that if a Honda civic can’t tow it, I don’t want it. Haha. Really though, I like the idea and it is definitely very possible to covert any boat to center console. Some are easier then others but overall an outside hull is just a hull. You can build the interior portion however you want as long as you adjust the structure to Support the new layout. Cheers!
@DrKnowNothing13 ай бұрын
Funny, I have the opposite dream. My wife likes Dual Console boats, but they haven’t been made for as long. So I figured start with an easy-to-find center console hull, and convert it to a dual console…
