That costs too much for what you're getting to be honest. Unless you do a bunch of rendering on the side, a 4770K is overkill for just a gaming rig. A 4670(K) actually does slightly better in gaming than the 4770(K) at $100 less. So saving $100, you can go for a GTX 780 or hell, maybe even a 780Ti. That's why I went with a 4670 and a GTX 760. I'll be getting a second GTX 760 soon and my system will beat this rig at literally half the cost.

No lie. Look at the gaming benchmarks between the 4670K and 4770K. They are head to head and most of the time, the 4670K is a few FPS ahead.

You're right about everything there but ONE thing and that is that the i5 4670K is better than 4770K for gaming, it's the other way around however it is very minimal if you play at 60Hz like you said but the i5 4670K is under no circumstances better than the 4770K for gaming.

Looks great but not so sure on the price. I bought a custom pc from NCIX a couple of months ago for $1000. (Gtx 660, i5 4430, samsung evo 120 gb, and the other stuff) looked at other places and prices were around $1200 for same system (os included in both prices) I think the pricing on this system is a tad off. But none the less you could downgrade CPU and gpu for a better price, along with getting rid of the sticker. There is probably a premium that adds because of watchdogs branding.

Some people have older mice or keyboards that they still use. And I have heard about PS/2 keyboards not playing nicely with PS/2 to USB adaptors.

This build looks very nice, but like many others have said in the comments, 4770k is overkill and 760 is not enough. I would say go for a cheaper motherboard, cheaper CPU, and get a 780.

why wouldnt it? with the 770 you can basicly run everything maxed out in 1080p at like 30-70 fps. Even 4k is playable with it (maybe not on max settings)

It will run fine. It was a game built around the previous gen of consoles. Go look at the more recent videos of REAL gameplay (not the old E3 stuff) it looks markedly worse then it did when it was first announced. That said there is NOTHING out right now that a 770 can't handle unless you are talking 4k which even then it could play with toned down detail settings.
