For heaven's sakes, how can it be that dirty? They must cut grass, weed eat, and blow while it's running, I guess. I have seen many like that on your videos and a couple first hand, but that unit didn't look that old. Good catch, we almost left. These landlords need to set up PM's, it would save them in the long run.

I find these a lot around new estate construction sites, the amount of dust kicked up from civil works wreaks havoc on the condensers

The thwaping sound the condenser fan was making had me thinking the coil was very dirty. Same sound my condenser makes when its dirty.

For once, it's not buried in the furthest corner! 2:36 - Not sure if it would be worth your while, but maybe pick up one of those flexible barbed plastic doodads they use for clogged drains? Probably can find a knockoff at a Dollar Store. I don't understand why people who mow don't navigate so their discharge chute blows clippings AWAY from the house and condensers. Especially since that means you can get the mower CLOSER to objects on the edges, as there's no chute sticking out, which translates directly to less weed whacking touch-ups... 🤷‍♂But what do I know, I've only been mowing our lawn for 33 years.

the upstairs unit is a RUUD and the outside unit is a RHEEM, didnt know that was even possible that they could be interchangeable and work together???

You can mix match units, they don't have to be from the same manufacturer. Unless u got a communicating system. Even then there's ways around.

They leak if you don't "wet rag" them before you sweat them! Goodman/Amana valves have rubber gaskets bc they know they will leak.

The lawnmower landscaper bandit strikes again good catch and cleaning that coil. Lawn mower guys and landscaping guys need to be more careful around condensers. It looks like someone used the weed Wacker instead of a smaller mower with a grass catcher near the condenser or just carelessly used a leaf blower instead of just leaving the grass clippings alone. Again well done.
