The trouble is , you have lot of moron who will drive this like a moron and then they will make law again this, like they do with electric scooter now on some place. I see one drive this , full speed on sidewalk in downtown in my small city, so lot of good user will pay for this moron

Does a person to be disabled to drive these vehicles? I ask because in Quebec, people are required to surrender in their driver's license when they turn 80. These scooters could be an alternative .
