In Week 30 of my $100K Journey, I had a busy and eventful week. You definitely dodged a bullet there with the customer that had mold on the interior side of a second story window. I've only seen that once in a bathroom where the fan hadn't been working for a bit. Thats a huge red flag the house hasn't been maintained and there are other underlying issues that you could run into. If you're a big fan of maykker rubber you should try Ettore if you haven't already.

It's definitely better to walk once they show a red flag like that. They have assumptions about what exactly you clean so being super clear upfront is best. We put cleaning expectations in our service agreement but of course most people skim read it.
