Not everywhere requires it. And once the vehicle is past a certain age, it isn't required even in the counties that do require it. As long as it will pass a smog test, they don't fail because you are about to throw a rod. They just check your emissions and some places do a safety check for tires, brakes, and that kind of thing, but there aren't any inspections that fail for sludge in the engine unless it is throwing codes in the car.

Watching these, I am so happy sometimes that I live in the UK, especially some of those, "customer refused repair and drove away" videos. In the UK, the garage would not allow some of them to drive away, and hell, if I thought there were cars that bad on UK roads as some of these, I'd be terrified of driving ever again. And I drive an 18YO car that it looked after and maintained, in a country mile better condition that some of those 22/23 models you see on here. And the number of cars that have rubber where the oil used to be. Wow.

It's physics my man; cool stuff. Density v buoyancy, and oil and water don't mix. Water is denser than oil so it all sinks to the bottom. (OR, oil is more buoyant than water, so it stays on top.)

I'm going to say this to all people that's on this Earth. If you don't know how to fix your own car you do not need a car all the videos I've seen so far is extremely ridiculous you do not leave oil in the car for 100,000 MI are you that stupid you will have to replace the engine. I know about vehicles that's the reason I took auto mechanic for 2 years in high school in vo - tech. These is to the women out there you need to learn how to fix your own vehicles these cars can be replaceable but you are going to spend a whole lot of f****** money just replaced your car because you don't want to take care of your car. I do maintenance work on my car 3 times a month......
