Simply fantastic! I've seen lots of Japanese resturant chef cooking before, however this is by far the best cooking video I'v ever seen. I really enjoyed watching this chef cook. This chef is enthusiastic, professionalism, friendly, energetic, down to earth person who enjoys love of cooking that I've ever seen. If I visit Japan again in the future I will visit this restaurant the very first not only to taste his delicious food but also to meet this wonderful chef gentleman.

先代のお母ちゃんが元気な頃から通ってた店。 岡山を離れても帰ったら行く店。 大人になり、そこそこ高級なステーキも食べてきたけど楽園のステーキが一番好き。 赤身と脂のバランスがちょうど良い。 肉の味が楽しめる美味しいステーキ。 若い時から刺しの入った高級な脂っこい肉が苦手なのもあるかもやけど😅😅
