There's also a couple methods to dye the lace so that it will blend with the skin tone. Tea bag method and Philip Eric dos one as well which was pretty cool. Ivy Dear did a video on it too because I feel like the brown shadow will get annoying to keep adding it every time you wear it if it's an everyday look.

+sade watkins hey girl so with my closures I don't normally sew the closure in the front on the dome cap, just along the perimeter. But with this large frontal, if I just sewed around the perimeter, it wouldn't lay too flat so I sewed up a bit on the sides (like in the video) lol It's so confusing to type! So Love the tutorial its such a great DIY video ... Only step I am lost on is when you sewed the hair on the cap. The cap you used is a regular like mens dome cap with the thick elastic band in the front that goes all the way around right? But you didn't show where you cut the cap at because in the video it looks like your sewing your frontal down a little behind the hairline but I can see the black of the cap so how did you hide and cut that... I normally slide my frontal down in front of the cap but I have never been able to lift the frontal up cause the lace shows or lifts...so basically my question is or if you can show this in another video after you sewed both sides down where you cut the cap .... again the video is dope I just gave up on aliexpress my last frontal shed completely out after 30 days so I order from Allure & more a whooping $230 so I want to use your method... Please respond thanks!

+Melissa Young hey boo! Thank you and yes I cut the elastic and I normally get the woman's dome cap because I think it's thinner. So you see were I stopped sewing? That's exactly where I cut and I just cut around the front to the other side of where I stopped sewing. So ya I pretty much start cutting right where I I stopped sewing and cut around to get rid of the the top of the dome cap like a u-part. Hope this helps boo!

My problem is getting the frontal to cover the top of the sideburns area (if that makes sense) mine tends to rise and then I'd have to leave out my baby hairs. +ShaSha_____ _ hey girl! Yes I know exactly what you're talking about. It's partly the way that you are sewing it. By sewing the frontal and making a wig, you will always have at least a tiny bit of your own side burns left out. Only way to cover all of your side burns is taping or glueing the front of the frontal down. Also another trick to having less side burns sticking out is to cut the lace frontal around your ear lobe. I'm sure the wig looks great when its covering your ears right? But as soon as you move it back it shows too much side burns. lol. Try cutting the frontal so the part of the frontal that touches your ears, stop right on top of your ear lobe. Hope this makes sense! let me know! I will do another video soon with more tips & tricks

I like this!! I have a few suggestions for making the lace look more natural. You can either bleach the knots, or use the camo method which means dying the knots a lighter color. And for the lace I use Ritz fabric dye it works wonders. Cocoa would be your color your almost the same color as my sister. BTW your beautiful. Keep up the good work.

Also 2 bundles from a company that truly gives you 3.5 to 4 oz in each bundle will be perfect. If they give any less, you won't have a lot of hair. hope this helped!
