You can also eliminate a through edit by highlighting the edit and hit delete on the keyboard.

If Adobe really wants to help their longform editors, they should do something with clip (label) colours along the lines of Avid Media Composer - where any clip can be given any conceivable colour, both locally and in the bin. None of this limited choice of colours per project that Adobe has, which can only be changed as a setting. Colour is how I navigate scenes/contributors/cameras in a 1 hour documentary.

yes I only Premiere for short form, 1-5mn.Over that it's unstable, cluncky and Avid is far superior for narrative editing
