What do you mean ugly emails? If you mean just plain text, that’s actually the best format for a higher deliverability. You can use the email builder if you want a formatted newsletter style

@@StarrConsulting i can't. the welcome email i'm talking is not editable and i can't even disable it. its sent along with the other one. two welcome emails is not nice.

@@ravoque I understand now. Under the memberships there’s an automatic email that gets sent out unless you disable it. Look under memberships then settings I think
