As an artist that clip broke my heart. But it's not something we never experience; it's pretty common and we actually do welcome valid criticism. And it's not the fault of the recepients if they don't like it. Especially for Marko's customs which are basically surprise gifts, so the recepient has no say in it. I remember that kid who made a fanart fot KSI as well. Nothing much we can do about what's already happened but just strive for better excellence.
