@custom offsets, great videos thanks. I'm running Cooper H/T Plus right now but considering Nitto Terra Grappler 2 or Ridge Grappler. Major concern is will I lose more traction on wet roads by going to either of the Nitto tyres over the Cooper I'm running please?

For those looking at getting a set of cooper tires: I run a set of the ST Max tires on my 89 1/2 ton pickup and not only do they look good and hold up great, they are aggressive enough to get you out of some pretty hairy situations. Accidentally drove into a ditch with 2 1/2 ft of snow one winter, put it in 4 low and backed right out no problem.

Been running the St Maxx 295/70r18 on my 2015 f150 for nearly 2 years, love the ride, minimal road noise, they've been wearing slowly and evenly, quick accelerations from a stop on wet or slick surfaces do result in loss of traction but that's a given, I have experienced all road conditions on and offroad with no complaints and will be buying these tires again! Thanks custom offsets for the informational video!

I work for the factory. Each tire is tested in depth before leaving the factory. Our computers look for no downgrades or issues, during the curing process. Next they are examined by workers. Lastly, they will be hooked up to our computer and tested as if it was on a truck/car, for various waves of different stress levels. They have to pass all the test before leaving the factory, and yes the company is very strict about making quality tires. Which it should be like that.

I had a set of those, they were fantastic first winter but went down hill. Had cracking between tread and traction loss was noticeable by second season. It gets to -35° here in winter before windchill so that may be why they cracked. I made a sharp turn in very hot weather a little faster than I should have on pavement, and it understeered and plowed with no warning or feeling that it was beginning to break loose. Not bad tires for the price, but not amazing.

Been running the ST Maxx in 35x12.50-R15 on my Rubicon for over 50k miles now. Without hesitation these are the best tires I've ever ran. They balance well, quiet on the road throughout tread wear, very good in the rain and snow, absolute beasts in dirt/mud/rocks. The tread doesn't chunk up in sharp rocks like some other tires I've ran. As they sit right now there's still about 10k miles worth of tread left before hitting the wear bars. YMMV since I do 5 tire rotations. I'd say the only caveat is that they do like to run a little lower pressure than I'd like on the street. Mine chalk out to 25 PSI. This makes them a little floaty on the road. So I run them at 28 PSI which leaves about 1/2 - 3/4 inch on the outside lugs that don't wear as quick. For money they're hard to beat. I'll be replacing mine with another set.

I had at3 on my rear wheel drive f150. That thing got stuck everywhere. I swear it would rather climb a small hill sideways than back up over fairly level snow. My limited slip differential didn't do me any favors that day. I wound up with Mickey mtz Baja( the staggered bar tread one) and got around great after that.

bought at3 sport last year for my d4 the sidewall is really really soft and found these are rubbish on anything other than tarmac. they puncture so easy, they all cracked within 6 months and the warranty was a joke in the uk,moved over to GG at3 and never had any problems at all since

The AT3 line up just got a total revamp. There are three categories within it. The 4S is for SUVs and 1/2tons. The XL is for 3/4tons and the XLT are the larger sizes.

Paranoid Warpig I’ve driven them for one winter plus part of this winter. They get the job done but they dont have many sipes on the tread so they will slip a little. But then again, almost all tires this aggressive weren’t specifically made for snow performance. I’m in northern Indiana

@@ParanoidWarpig1 Their awesome in the snow. Had them on A Chevy 2500 and loved them. Had 25000 miles on them when I traded the truck in on my new dodge 2500. I can’t wait to put A new set on my new truck. Couldn’t notice much wear after that many miles. I couldn’t be happier with them. You won’t be sorry.

nick lloyd - Ya, I hear MT’s aren’t that bad at first, then they get louder as they age. I think proper rotation is the key to staying quieter longer. I went with the Nitto Ridge Grapplers just to play it safe.

I have Ko2's now on my 2015 F150 and am looking to make a change. I'm stuck between the Zeons and AT3 4s. I do less than 10% off-road, mostly city/hwy driving. I want an aggressive looking tire that doesn't look crazy on a leveled truck, performs well on pavement and in the rain and is quiet as possible. What say you Custom Offsets?? I guess I'm open to other rubber suggestions too.

STT PRO getting 80,000km plus, now on 3rd set. Fairly even mix of on/off road conditions. Excellent in mud, alot quieter on road than you would expect with good handling and on road grip. Been running coopers for 20 plus years and I'm very happy so far. had 2 tyres delaminate top layer on sideewall over white writing and where replaced no questions asked with approximately 25k on them

Your website shows the zeon ltz in a 305/55/20 if this is possible I would love to know. They are the best tires I've ever owned been running them since they came out. Have had four different sets and average over 70k out of a set. Just bought new wheels and would love some wider tires just don't want to lose all my sidewall over my stock 275/60/20.

Depends how wide your new wheels are! You can filter by those specs in the gallery and leave the truck specs blank to see other similar wheel and tire setups so you can see if you like it! customoffsets.com/gallery
