That KalosXY games were my favorite so far, missing out on Z is a real shame. Zygarde itself doesnt really interest me, I'm not a fan of its design, but another chance in that region would've been great. I can undo my mistake of letting my Braixen evolve

@@hawkfeather6802 I just dont like its pants, or proportions. I like braixen having animal hind feet for legs, a skirt like tuft of fur, and a broomstick wand. I dont dislike delphox, I just dont prefer it to braixen. I think I prefer a several starter middle evolutions for some reason or another; wartortle, ivysaur, quilava, bayleef, grovyle, dewott, braixen, torrcat, I just think their designs look better in a few subtle, or for some not so subtle ways.

I think the reason it got scraped was because psyduck is a level evolution instead of a stone evolution so it may be weird having it evolve by level 33

I think I know why a Pokemon Z game was cut. The company wanted to prepare for the Sun and Moon games since it would become the 20th anniversary. I mean, they still kinda referenced Zygarde in the SM/USUM games. Early in those games, you encounter Sina and Dexio and they give you the Zygarde cube and you have a chance to collect Zygarde cells.

I think it was cut due to Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire if those games didn't include every single legendary across regions and Hoopa ring in it, maybe Pokémon Z could happen at the same time Pokémon XY & Z anime aired imagine how Gamefreak handle new features like Zygarde 100% cell, Bond Phenomenon, while it's still played on the same generation aside of 20th anniversary preparation of course
