We're harvesting this celery and going to make some great stuff in the kitchen! Homegrown celery has WAY more flavor that what you get at the store. That's usually really watery and tasteless, but a little bit of this goes a LONG way.
Using a sharp knife, we're just taking all of the stalks. This is called the "cut and come again" method of harvesting. It's especially popular with greens and herbs. It's quick and indiscriminate, but we know the plant will grow back.
