Thank you! The main goal of my builds is ensure folks can build effective builds that can hang with higher prices ones without having to break the bank doing so. Lots of folks these days don't have the budget to spend $20 - $30 a single piece of cardboard after all.

Grazzet, I am sorry, but I can't help but blame you for this. Cut-Rate Upgrade was so good today I messed up my math, so I can't really blame anyone else. OK, that pun was atrocious. Also, the YuYu Hakusho spotting? Based and classic-pilled. And next is... *sees the not-Merfolk* ...I know what you are. Day 283 of waiting for the face reveal... any other anime references similar to Otherworldly Escort you have found so far?

Glad you enjoyed it as usual and the pun wasn't THAT bad. And as far as other anijme references in MTG - while I haven't seen too too many of them - the ones that stand out to me are Explosive Singularity - which is a pretty obvious reference to the Spirit Bomb for DBZ - Enormous Energy Blade - which is a riff on many anime and game characters with gigantic swords (ala Cloud from FF7 and Guts from Berserk) &, obviously, You Are Already Dead - which is quite possible the most tongue in cheek homage to Fist of the North Star ever and I love it.

Blame Game is my first Precon Deck, bought it cause it was cheap and but was lacking fun the first games. After this upgrade i can sit back in 4 player battles and watch the others fight and lean back with more efficient protection, thanks for reviving my deck!

Hey, are there any effective strategies to play against a goad deck? My friends and i are just getting back into mtg after 20 years, and we all bought these precon command decks. One friend got this Blame game one and i can already tell he is going to be annoying. I got the revenant recon one (i saw your video on that -very awesome!), but will that be able to combat this deck?

Whispersilk isn't bad, but I think a better evasion/protection option would be mother/giver of runes. You can get them out before your commander without interfering with your ramping and can help with blocking and attacking when you get down to 1v1.

I'd consider one or two rituals like Irencrag Feat or Seething Song. Huge bursts of mana are highkey underrated.
