You have to adjust the cloth while cutting , Most of the time you will only 80 cm you should know how to cut the fabric according to the requirement.

I used to leave the attached blouse material n buy 1 meter of another fabric of matching color 2 make blouse. The extra material helps to make extra pleats while draping.
