yo i know im actually a chef but those prices are veeeeeeeeeeeery exaggerated 250 dollars for single meal like that i mean the best restaurant in world for year 2016 located in italy and run by chef Massimo Bottura you will pay around 200 dollars for 3 or 5 course menu, for that dessert you ll probably pay around 20-30 dollars in 1 michelin star restaurants and its basicaly whole cake deconstructed into single parts like mousse cake etc.. and then again reconstructed into plate dish with some edible flowers and stuff like that

[cue Evanescence's Wake Me Up Inside] This is just my subjective opinion on gourmet dining remember, there is no need to take it to heart or get _so_ defensive about it, I just personally think it is ridiculously overpriced. I'm not "dumping shit" on anyone who creates it nor dines on it, you're free to do *WHATEVER* you want if you've got the disposable income. I am also not discrediting the amount of creativity or effort that goes into the conceptualization of such dishes. If you enjoy the intricacies of it and have the money to dish out then please go and I *sincerely* hope you enjoy yourself. ✌️🙂
