Yliza here! I've noticed most of the criticism in my situation is mostly based on appearances. I just want to remind everyone that looks aren't everything, and personally I've never ever cared about how my partner's physical appearance is. You are allowed and able to love someone for their soul and spirit, and how it connects with yours. With that being said, Chase and I have been together since we were younger than the rest of these couples. He's seen me in my ugliest, physically and mentally. He's always been my "type" physically and personality wise. He might not be ready for something serious but that doesn't give anyone the right to be an online bully to him or any of the other couples. People look the way they look, you can't change that for them no matter how much you think it's gonna ruin your life if you don't. He gives off the “I want to marry you” vibe and “I want to demonstrate commitment” energy, but then reels it in during the critical moments. He’s the type to keep a relationship suspended in animation in the name of his own entertainment and indecisiveness. Like he enjoyed the giddiness of the whole experience, but when it’s time to pony up and show you mean it, he flakes. I think it makes sense for him to sober up to the implications of getting back into a relationship, but he had no problem indulging in her intimacy and vulnerability up until the moment of truth. That comes off as pretty manipulative and parasitic. Like he was there to enjoy the ride until it got serious. I don’t like when parasitic behavior gets normalized and erased via simplification with phrases like “he wasn’t ready”. It’s ok not to be ready, but communicating otherwise, implicitly or explicitly, is fuck boi shit. Idk that’s how I interpret this at least.

I think he was very good tbh. I think he handled his and hers emotions very well. He admitted that he was unfaithful and that he had a porn addiction and that he knows that he broke her heart and trust. At the end of the day when you’re the one that cheated all you can do is be honest and open and take responsibility for what happened and in this video I think he did all that. If you want someone else or you're getting bored, talk to your partner, come up with ways to make it exciting again, put in the effort, otherwise breakup with them, breaking up hurts a lot less than cheating on them because once you cheat, they have to deal with twice the hurt: one from the cheat, and two from the breakup thats about to happen.
