So I wanted to bet on him placing 3rd cause I thought that was a good reasonable idea. He convinced me to pick his horse because mine “is a glue horse who’s going to buck his rider and run off into the stands and not finish the race.” So I did not make that bet since he wouldn’t shut up until I gave up. The race comes and his horse that he convinced ALL OF US TO BET ON: bucks his rider and runs off into the stands as soon as the race starts. And guess who came in 3rd? Battle of Midway! I could have made $300 on the 10 I wanted to put down and that bastard cheated me out of it. And after that he ended up leaving and blackmailing us and taking us for all we had. And we never bet again.
