Well. There was a Son Son II on PC Engine. Could be those characters are loosely based from that game but they never did look like it enough. The arcade version has that annoying screeching sound to let you know they're near while the PS port was silent. There should be a red demon riding a storm cloud. In Son Son II if you let the time tick too much you'll have to fight him. I can pick out pretty much every thing in Pocket Fighter. Oh right, the arcade version also has a wider screen so you'll see a little bit more than the port.

Toomnyusernae IIRC that storm demon shocks you at certain instances when you get close (he has this lightning aura surrounding him once a while). I was surprised I won a fight when my opponent jumped. at me but hit the storm guy instead >_

EXPLANATION FOR FLYING AROUND THE WORLD @ 6:22, 7:46: This game has counterhits. It also utilizes the traditional dizzy system (if you're not stunned the stun level drops back to zero instantly). If you get counterhit + dizzied by moves with certain knockback (like Ryu / Ken's dash attack) you'll go around the world and can come back and hit the player that sent you flying. The game features attack strings beginning with punch up to 4 buttons. The special unblockable attacks can be charged and are done so that they throw off counter timing. There are pursuit attacks (up + punch). Everyone has air throws, neutral ground throw and a hcb+p+k throw. HCF+p+k does a command throw (except Felicia's which is a 360 motion instead). Downforward+p/k does alternative crouch attacks. Everyone has a sort of overhead by holding forward + p/k depending on your character. Supers are performed either traditionally (qcf qcf + __) or the motion of your special move + special. I doubt Max will showcase Puzzle Fighter but I hope he does.
