Btw to all the people wanting to try this restaurant in Singapore. It is called Kumoya and the theme of this restaurant changes every 6 months I think, so if you go there now it may not be Crayon Shin-Chan themed. I went there a while back during the We bare bears theme. It was expensive but the food was delicious and everything was so cute and very well decorated and detailed. Highly recommend going here if your ever in Singapore.

This makes me even more excited ti visit Japan. I love Shin Chan and have rewatched the series more than I’d like to admit, it’s a comfort show for me. I remember discovering it as a kid and my mom told me I’m not allowed to watch it, but I did anyways. I’ve only watched the English version, so I’m not too sure if the others are nearly as dirty and inappropriate haha.

I love Shin Chan! There was a Hawaiian channel that showed it with English subtitles that were faithful to the Japanese version. Then Cartoon Network got their grubby paws on it and made that sleazy dubbed one. I'd gladly pay for the original with subs.

I have never seen the originally intended versions of Shin-Chan, I have only seen the American(?) English dubbed versions which are NOT for children, they are strictly adult humor only. It has made me realize that many people can enjoy something for many different reasons, even when we don't know what those different reasons are!

Some people are complaining about the price and that’s understandable, but this restaurant is not a place you go to eat everyday. You go there once(or even a few times) to have a good laugh and try their food. It’s an “experience”. Thanks Dancing Bacons for the video! Very interesting.
