You are honestly one of the most down to earth, genuine people I've ever seen on social media. I've been following for years, but it just dawned on me recently. I think what I appreciate so much is that you're willing to show that you have different sides, facets, and phases. For the jumper wash it by hand with hot water and then cold water. After that leave it to air dry. The cold water stops it from shrinking and air drying it ensures it doesn't shrink. Hope this helps you ❤️❤️

If you want clothes to retain their shape, i suggest cold washing and not putting the items on coat hangers. And don't dry clean or put it in the dryer. It's the same thing you do with wool items (generally) but i've found cold washes help keep the shape of clothes. Hope this helps! Also everything looks amazing on you, and i'm glad to hear about the donation pledge.

What my mom taught me and has always seemed to work for materials you want to keep from losing shape is to hand wash in the sink (often use woolite, but there's plenty of other options). For drying, lay it flat on a towel, roll it up, and press it (usually by walking on said towel burrito). That'll get it mostly dry. Then just lay it flat on a sunny spot of the floor, and let it air dry the rest of the way.

I believe cold water and air drying is how you keep things from stretching/shrinking, That's what my dad does to stop his pants from shrinking so it might work the other way, and prevent stretching.Or check the tags on the jumper, they might show instructions on how to wash it.

For jumpers, delicates and brights wash it in the sink and lay out (for jumpers) to dry. Everything else hang to dry. It keeps things from stretching and fading.

All of these clothes were so nice! I know the struggle of having to take up all your trousers, I'm 5'0 so I have to hem all my trousers but I find that if I buy 'normal' trousers (ie not petite fit trousers) in a cropped or three quarter length style then I don't need to hem them! ☺️

I like how the sleeves in the fancy black shirt show off your tattoos a bit. Theydon't take away too much from the shirt because they're somewhat "hidden," but at the same time, they add to the shirt by giving it some extra color.

I'd dry the thin jumper flat, get an airer that has a flat bit so its not hanging and being stretched by the weight of the moisture in it. If you do that you should still be able to wash it normally with all your other clothes without worrying about it stretching.

Yo get a delicates bag - like a white netting bag to put your maybe stretching clothes in before washing - stops them getting too much space to stretch in the machine. I got mine super cheap from wilko and it's even a bit spongey for extra protection?

Re: stretching, wash on a cool wash then lay on a flat surface to dry even if it takes days. No guarantees though. I would have bought the noodles bowl even though my noodle days are over. It's just so chic. The shades are brilliant, really suit you, and might even look good on me.

You should wash jumpers on a cool handwash programme with a liquid detergent (well, I found liquid to stop the weird whitish effect jumpers sometimes get) and a gentle spin, dry on a clothes rack or if you can, dry flat. I dont iron though, sorry!

As far as helping sweaters keep their shape, make sure you don't put then in the dryer and that you dont hang them up. Knit fabrics aren't meant to be hung. If you're really worried about putting it in the washer, then you can soak it in the sink with something like Woolite or no rinse detergents.

Read the labels if it has a square with a circle in and no cross it's safe for a drier however, if it does have a cross don't put it in and don't put it directly on a radiator, it will change the shape of the jumper and when washing fold inside out before washing, this way the pattern on the jumper doesn't fade.

For care/washing garments always check the label for the symbols, they tell you how they should be washed/ironed/dryed e.c.t, the manufacturer will know the best way to care for their products
