She's such a pretty little girl! And I love how healthy you keep her sandy brown hair!! I only say that because my struggle with my sandy brown hair is still going on🤪. And thank you for explaining why you used the extra hair.... it's not always about adding length. Some of us need that keep our styles longer....my hair fizzes immediately if I don't add extra hair to my braids, twists or cornrows. Any way...she's a living doll🥰. There’s a family on KZbin that’s white and their 14 year old foster daughter is African American. When she came to their house the social worker said they only had to provide her with the basics for her hair because “she likes expensive hairstyles.” They were like “that’s ridiculous! she’s already in foster care least we can do is try to help her feel good about how she looks!” So foster mama found talked to her coworker and found someone to do braids for her sometimes and is doing her best to help her get the products she needs! Where they live is predominantly white so salons that do African American hair are very expensive. Foster Mama even helped the girl do her sections for box braids and braid down the middle! I recommended they come to GlamFam if they need more advice!

Just a quick beading tip when you are doing a bunch of braids..use thread instead of the beader you came load more on. Your daughter could do it while you are braiding
