Cute puppy transformation │Luca the Sheltie

This short film is about Luca's first year with us, I can't believe he's one year old already!
All the clips are 1,5 sek long, with just a few exceptions. Luca is 5 weeks in the first clip and 1 year in the last one.
Some of the clips are filmed on my phone, but most are filmed on my Canon 70D.

Gorgeous!!!! Such a fantastic breed. Had two shelties when I was growing up and they were both characters!! Just wish I had one now but am planning on getting another soon. They cost a lot here in the U.K but are more than worth the cost.

Did you find a Sheltie? They are so expensive. I think some breeders are in it just for the show literally and that is why they charge so much (other breeders, too) but their beauty is on the inside, too, not just the outside!

Our sheltie is "Lucas" and we call him "Luca for short. For those who have not had a Sheltie--at least for us, there is no going back. NO breed is perfect, but for us, you can't beat a nice Sheltie, period end of discussion And this is not an emotional comment, I can tell you why, specifically it is true. And when you have several, as we do, that is even better. They NEVER have a serious fight, never, yet they are NOT "foo foo" dogs, they are tough, fast, strong--watched a wild coyote attack one--coyote got nowhere because of the incredible protection around the neck with that dense coat--and the Shelties brother came over and together they ran the coyote off. Yet, never bite a child, always gentle. Believe me, for an all around dog, you really have no idea if you have not had one in our life--but we warned, there is no going back once you have lived with one. But DO get two, when you are not around, they have each other--sad thing really, any dog left alone for long periods of time. Exception of course to anything--in this case a terrier which does NOT do well with a buddy, especially the same sex.
