cgne.ws/2SOHvP5 The crew of the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter James Rankin, homeported at the Coast Guard Yard in Curtis Bay, Maryland, exchange summer buoys with winter buoys on the Chesapeake Bay, Maryland, Dec. 3, 2018. The James Rankin crew was engaged in the process of exchanging 77 seasonal buoys throughout the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries, performing on deck maintenance and removing the Francis Scott Key buoy.
