Bring I have a suggestion for your anxiety to improve which is doing breathing exercises and doing yoga whenever you get time as it relaxes the body and takes off the mind from other things. I am saying this cause it worked for my uncle alot.

That’s exactly right❗️ Yoga is great! I stole a trick from the kids, weighted jackets or blankets. brushing with the soft bristle. Borrow Lori’s dog and have her lay down on you🐱. We make it through somehow💜

I remember first seeing this channel and goin through the anxiety for the fear I had for snakes. Just seeing and listening to Brian’s explanation of each snake he interacts with and building the understanding of how they operate has helped me to over come that fear . I used to watch the vlog every single day and then life got so busy. A week ago I started watching again and I was so behind that I was watching Lucy not eat on Thanksgiving again.😂 Here I am tonight and I am finally caught up and ready for daily videos. Hello Brian, I hope I'm not out of line for saying all this but I'm having a really tough night, all my nights are really bad that's when my anxiety is the worst and on top of having this horrible anxiety I suffer from epilepsy! watching your videos really helps me get through a lot and I was wondering if you could tell me some of your secrets that help you keep going.
