Top notch as always! Are you grinding the primary bevels on these or machining them? would love to see the fixture and setup if you are machining them.

Yeah, they're milled and then given a very slight convex grind.

I did a few of the choppers extra thin. This is .023" behind the edge and sharpened 15 degrees per side.The video was actually suppose to be humorous. It was supposed to look like I was going to take a big swing at it, but then take a tiny swing instead. This is very thin geometry for a chopper, more like a racing knife or a competition cutter, so it won't be a common variation, but it is pretty cool to cut with so long as you don't hit a rock or go through a knot wonky.
