I LOVE your glue up station! But you need a second board on the bottom at the ends to properly “caul” your glue up. The single on the top isn’t doing much.

What is the product you applied to remove excess glue?

I believe it's just water to dilute the glue while it's still wet so it can be wiped off more easily.
