Ive tried aiming the netting dust inside a cup or bag, because the dust is hard to clean up from surfaces.

In the video you can clearly see he's cutting from the wrong side as the dust is shooting upward. Indeed, the best way is to make sure the carbon dust shoots down i.e. cutting from the other side and placing a vacuum hose right underneath where the cutting action takes place.
