I have been that church's member since the 80's and have seen many in chains being healed over time. I have never heard of the monetary charges being mentioned here so I guess some of the new church leaders see a way making money. Something not condoned by church. Am not sure of how rehab works or suppose to work, yes they dont have resources for what they have choosen to do. But chains CANT be the way. This guys are being treated worse than prisoners. Every action a person makes is influenced by something so we can not heal this issue with the same strategy. Understanding a person will better assist this process. Now am worried about STD's and all that spreads within ths PRISON
