This is so tragic. My late gran lived eNqadu and she told us a story about how one of her neighbors was murdered with her grandchildren. The children’s nanny witnessed it all and she was then raped and kidnapped by the perpetrator. The perpetrator killed them all with an axe and when he was murdering the granny, the children pleaded with him to stop and they called him by his name- meaning that they knew him. Fortunately the nanny escaped from the perpetrator because they left the scene and booked into some local BnB. The perpetrator got drunk and left the girl in the room he booked to go and chill with his friends. The nanny was never okay (psychologically) following that incident. Apparently the perpetrator was arrested but here we are hearing about yet another similar incident and no arrests have been made. Ngenelela Thixo 🤕

Another story from my Gran living eNqadu. One of her neighbors was murdered on her way to work. She was a teacher at one of the schools in a nearby village. The lady drove along the same route everyday. She would first drop off her grandchild at school in Willowvale, thereafter make her way to her school where she teaches. Apparently she would drive passed some forest before arriving at her school. Unfortunately she encountered the perpetrators and they murdered her. They made her drive to town to withdraw money first, then they took her back to that forest where they murdered and dumped her body. Yho andinabhongo yiNqadu.

Is this the South Africa we have voted for and still continue to vote for? This problem has been going on for so long in the rural areas and yet the government does nothing about it. People in the rural areas are victims of rape and poverty and everyone is turning a blind eye on that. This is really sad

Where are the police and the King of that area who is drawing money from the public purse and doing nothing to support the people. Police visibility should be outside on the road especially during that period of the night because the trend of serial killers is the same.

How can people be made to live like victims like this? Why the killers think they are the only ones who are entitled to live and take other people's lives?? No man this is sick man!! Where's the local kings, where's the police, where's the local government, where's the municipality? If y'all don't want us to stay in this country y'all must tell us so we can leave in peace man!!!!!

> Ijooo Jesu. 5 helpless women attacked in the middle of the night like that. > Surely the killer is among them, very well known to them, even if they plan a neighbourhood watch, he is a step ahead of them. > But someone somewhere knows aa suspect in their household with disappearing tendencies. > And by killing his victims he leaves the police no lead, but the police need to stop being so casual and expecting the community to come to them with answers to crimes, Surely by now they have the forensics from these scenes of the accident.
Yhuu ziindlavini neendlobongela aba benzi besikizi elingaka, yintoni ababulali abasuke beyizingela kubantu abamsulwa, umntu ongcole so ufumana ntoni xa seke suse umphefumlo womntu emhlabeni! Umntu sometimes uyazibizela isihogo sikude le kunaye and kukuxhaphaza amabhinqa angenamntu wokubanceda xa behlaselwa, si!

I don't think police in this district are qualified to handle such crimes I mean every week, day in EC a woman is raped or murdered. Funny enough you will not hear that we don't see police passing up and down looking for the perpetrators, could e they also scared or just done know how to handle such crimes. EC needs deliverance from these evil tendencies.
