Thank you... this worked great. I needed a "stock" rope light to be smaller as I tried to figure out how I was going to handle the excess length. I Googled how to cut an LED rope-light, and fantastic... even though I was cutting another brand, I followed your instructions and looked for the two jumpers (which were also about every 3')... cut between them, SUCCESS! Thank you!

Here we go again..although helpful and short its just another video attempt that is plagued by redundancy and by the comments here is inconclusive to related concerns. Watch a few of these and you wish there was a You tube rating or approval panel to weed these things out , graded , returned with a note " NEEDS IMPROVEMENT "
