It’s a gorgeous plant, hope all of your cuttings make it! 💚

Ahh I truly hope so! All have gone to new homes and I kept that top cutting and one more for myself :D

Wow, such an amazing plant. They are still quite expensive here in Canada so I haven't bought one yet but I have a Thai Constellation that has nice variegation on it. 💚

Uff Thai's have a special place in my heart :D I do hope you manage to get a var monstera soon!

Hi, I love your videos and look forward to your next one! I am in envy of your anthurium collection and your cute little seedlings. Thank you for the great content :)

If you have very long arial roots do you cut them? great informative video, thank you for sharing😊
@adansoniia2 жыл бұрын
If I really cant fit it in the pot, yes I will cut it. Smaller roots will sprout from the main one regardless if the tip has been cut or not (:

This has inspired me to cut my albo to try to increase varigation. There is an axillary bud I'm eyeing (no pun intended) that looks extremely promising.

Good luck! Hopefully it's gonna work out :D Deliciosas are much more stable than adansonii's per say, so you should be good!

Is it growing in your regular household conditions? What is your humidity? Do you substitute light and humidity?
@adansoniia2 жыл бұрын
Yes household conditions. I'd say humidity is somewhere from 50-60%. The big plant gets minimal light supplements trough the winter - they hibernate it trough :)

Hi I just subscribed! Would you consider doing a video on the next steps like rooting, planting in soil mix and how to avoid stem/root rot?
@adansoniia2 жыл бұрын
Yes I’m planning to do one! Have some cuttings rooted and waiting for them to be potted up 😊
@MSprivate872 жыл бұрын
@@adansoniia I actually found an answer to pretty much each of my concerns/questions in some of your previous videos 😄
@MSprivate872 жыл бұрын
One thing I can’t seem to find anywhere is how to plant a stem cutting in the ground. Some People say it’s best to suspend the stem above the soil so that it does not touches the ground to avoid stem rot, but your approach of letting callous first and then seal it with wax is very interesting!

😭 I wish I can get a cutting or just a node from you. I will ofc pay if the cutting got a really good variegation going on tho
@adansoniia2 жыл бұрын
If you are from EU we can probably arrange something ;)
@MegannxBaybee2 жыл бұрын
Will you be selling these? I’m very interested
@adansoniia2 жыл бұрын
These have already been sold. I've kept 2 cuttings which I've recently potted up and will be making new motherplants :/ Sorry I can't be of any help! (PS I hate packaging monstera's with passion - main reason why I only sell locally)

Hi, how old is that albo?
@adansoniia2 жыл бұрын
Probably around 5, I'd say.

@@adansoniia 5 years? Have you done any cutting previously? If yes, any estimate how many cuttings have you taken from the plant?
