Papered Chef If you have time one day, do you think you could do a video about what to do if an image doesn’t scan correctly on Scan and Cut? @Glfcrze25 жыл бұрын
I've watched this video several times and like your tip of keeping the scanned image on the screen and then enlarge the outline to cut a bigger area on different paper. You said that a whole page could be made this way. My question - I'm not scanning a stamped image but using a mini playing card with a snowman image that I want to use as a Xmas tag. I tape it to my mat. The Direct Cut works and I can put any size of outline around it but I can't find a way to duplicate the scan or save it. I want to cut out a page of the outline that is left on the screen. Is there a way to do this? If I use Scan to Cut Data it doesn't give me the option to put an outline around the image. It only lets me use the square which I think is more for quilters by putting a seam allowance around. I hope I'm explaining this so you can understand what I'm trying to accomplish. Thanks.
@PaperedChef5 жыл бұрын
Hi Nancy, thank you for your comment and question. Ok, well you are on the right track with Scan to Cut Data. On the CM350, you can’t use an outline distance but with other models, you can. However, your best best to to save the file to the Canvas Workspace. That is where you add the offsets. Offsets are like outline distances. You can make them and the copy and paste them (duplicate). Then, you can cut a whole page of them. I have videos on wireless setup and the topic is covered in all of my ScanNCut courses on Udemy as well. Coupon codes for my courses are found on the top of my site. PaperedChef.stampinup.net
