definatley a deep hedge, I have heard some people use a large board to kneel on top of and rest on top, never tried it...too scared of heights.

🤣🤣yeah a wide board works well mate but wouldn't on this one it was too weak . I couldn't even rest my long reach on the top to take a picture...they word falling through 🙈🙈

Please could you say what kind of hedge cutter you are using

It's always more strenuous and time consuming going up ladders and squaring off the top of hedges. Customer is unaware of the effort needed.

Laurel hedges are the worst - an absolute bugger to cut! Think you'll agree!

I notice when you are cutting on the downstroke when doing hedges in a few videos, and it is snagging into the hedge and causing holes/unevenness because it pulls the branch down and then cuts. I think if you were to cut only on the upstroke it would give an even better finish. I watched this over and noticed that it cut too deep when you were cutting on the down stroke pass. I do a ton of hedges so i just wanted to point this out because i think you do a great job but maybe were unaware of this. Keep it up. been big fan for a few years
