I think the triangle shape metal chunk is for when you're in a crash it will deflect the wheel away from the cabin.

Surprised you didn't go down to 88rotors and do their body mount chop since they're in your area.

Just have an alignment shop give you more positive caster to clear the body mount under full compression. Im pretty sure 88 motors can help.

I was also going to say have an alignment shop gives you a more positive caster. I would recommend you max out the caster on the lower control arm

Dude, every time I see videos of fenders being cut I'm on the edge of my seat and cringing. I assume you've done your research though and it's cool seeing you do some hard-core modifications. It baffles me that manufacturers put little consideration on wheel gap and stance. Looking forward to more off road videos and also mods to the FJ. Great channel!

35s! 35s! 35s! Functionality v.s. Show Pony. If you’re going to off road in that Pony make sure to bring a tow truck. You might think you look cool driving to the store but you’re gonna top out. Square tires on a Ferrari truck style. 😂😂😂
