Sutton is super underrated. He doesn't have crazy straight line speed, but he runs great routes, and he's mastered leverage

I believe that having DT and Emanuel Sanders be his teammates in his early years was huge for Sutton. Two receivers that play different styles, but put in the work each week

First off my guy number 89 Steve Smith is a cool down to earth guy one of the best receivers in my book. Had an opportunity to chat with him alil bit when I use to drive the panthers team bus. Dude is super cool. Sec as a Broncos fan we are coming together nicely and Sutton deserves the number 1 receiver job bc dude balls and flies under the radar

Objectively speaking, Sutton is fine as a route runner but ELITE in contested catch scenarios. He doesn't create separation until it matters most, but that's actually a compliment to his play style. And it's usually with late, strong and accurate hands, eye coordination and concentration and some ridiculous body control. He's not your prototypical X or a true WR1 in the sense of a true possession WR, but hes damn good with what he brings.

There were potentially 3 tds available on that play. Humphrey across the middle could have walked in and Vele on the opposite side to the post could've had the same opportunity as Sutton. Nice play from the broncos and horrible d from the raiders

More TDS he’s on pace for way more yards though. He might even catch up to the TDs based on the last month. But I’m sure you’re just a Steelers fan trying to retroactively argue that Russ was super good last year. He definitely didn’t get sacked 4 times a game, and only have good plays when he’s chucking moon balls to court or Pickens
