Hopefully me doing things so many times, allows me to become a good teacher.

@cvrpov you definitely are a good teacher,just waiting for some good weather to have a go at the lacquer on my diamond cut alloys 🙂

I wish I had your skill, but I know it's from years of experience. I've attempted to repair the hundreds of stone chips on the front of my girlfriend's car with less than satisfactory results. I'll keep working on it though as you inspire me with your videos. Thanks.

The temperature gauge has a laser point and also measures a radius around it. Keep it close to the object for a accurater measurement.

Never noticed this tbh, seems to work fine from most distances. Us smart repair guys only use it as a rough indicator of panel temps when lamping. Thanks for the comment

I'm lousy at this kind of stuff, but I did do my own wheels on my 330 last year watching one of your videos and they came out pretty well, for me anyway :D I love just watching how to do stuff but too afraid to try my paintwork! If you ever do an alpine white E9x bumper pllleeeeease show it!

I watch other guys on KZbin making all kinda things. I just love learning new knowledge. If I can pass some of my own knowledge on in the same way, then that's awesome. Thanks for watching

Do you mix laquer into the base for chip repair?
@cvrpov6 сағат бұрын
I did mix a little in yes

Wondering if you’ve ever tried PDR for any door dings or more sizable dents. If so, would love to see a video of you giving it a go, although I know it’s kind of an art in and of itself
@villelikockt8 сағат бұрын
Did you put lacquer on the bonnett? Or was it mixed in with the paint?
@cvrpov8 сағат бұрын
There was a small amount mixed with the paint. Bear in mind, this can make drying times longer 👍🏼

Marvelous job mate, just something I need it done to my car. Did you use solvent based paint for the chips, like you always suggest we do? Thanks man.
