Hi... thanks for your comments.. much appreciated. Several people, over the years, have said " you won't get many miles out of them tracks !! " Its good to hear that they were hopefully talking B*****ks !!! I am now restoring a CVRT Sabre... which comes with a good set of tracks so I need not worry about wearing them out... my annual mileage will probably be less than 100. I think "cosy" is a better description for the drivers compartment.... Cheers Paul

The tracks will not ware down after 500 or so miles. I'm not sure who told you this but its not true. I can tell you from first hand experience you will get a lot more miles than that . Ive drive at least a 1000 miles over a 2 week period while training in Scotland then at the end drove across one side to the other .And the drivers compartment to me is cosy not cramped. Best place to be in the dead of winter with the engine on the other side of the fire wall when its -7 outside.

Several for sale right now in the UK for ~$40K...would love to own one! Are these pretty stout? What are some of the common issues? Are engine parts fairly accessible?
@PaulDonovan4 жыл бұрын
Not many issues..... parts are readily available at reasonable cost.
