CW Sellors/Jura Watches Sinn U212 Purchase Concusion.

I still think you have gone easy on Jura/CW Sellors. Having worked in Sales myself for 25 years I think they sound shambolic and if it was Directors at the company treating you like this, it explains why their service has been rubbish. These people set the standard for the company and that’s why their service to their customers is poor. Best advice is always to see a watch in person, as you can never really be sure what you are buying online until it turns up in the post. If it is faulty when it turns up by post, trying to get a decent resolution can often be problematic which seems very much your experience here. Can’t say the way CW Sellors have dealt with you has inspired me to buy anything from them….. glad it’s all sorted for you now though.

Great take on it as usual Gavin ; ) I get what you mean but I guess my main hope is that they improve. I have worked in various sales jobs, basically both ends of the high street spectrum! Loved them both equally 😈 Haha.

Bit of an update to try to justify broadcasting my feelings on CW Sellors/Jura. Tried to buy a Sinn wall clock advertised on their site at £290, but they took ages to tell me it was actually about £390 and that they would not honour the web price. Then I ordered (paid for) a ladies Invicta. It (and every one in that range) had pictures of two different dials on the website, something I have never seen before........Ever. They got in touch to say it was not actually available. I requested a refund last Saturday (8 days ago) which I am currently still waiting for.

Not sure why my comment got deleted, I included a link to their trustpilot page so people can read the shocking reviews and avoid them at all costs. I'm shocked you trusted them again after your first experience, seems like a pattern of behaviour, almost like a scam. Had a terrible experience with them recently, promised a watch would arrive, 6 weeks later it had not, still waiting on a refund.

They sent me an email trying to get me to use the money I had paid towards something else, so I had to get back to them to ask for the refund a second time!!

@@wristopia4101absolutely awful, they are a terrible company, I don’t know how they are still trading, seen a lot of reviews about people trying to return their watches after trying them on once, and being denied a refund due to wear. It’s not just a one off, many people have had these experiences, and needing the credit card companies to step in to get their money back!
