Great job fellas and a PB, 39 mph is not a bad speed... Nice spot but I feel it still needs to be longer. Always an interesting day when the rubber slides off (Johnnies), LOL.. Bonus Yackety Sax for the "stride to the ride"...

Ah it's a shame to not get 40mph but 39 is beating me! I think that Uncle Bob is unbeatable in this unless somebody has a crazy high kv motor and a huge bit of flat tarmac. Good stuff chaps 😁👍👍

@@PeteWylieRC yeh i agree... im half tempted to get the biggest kv motor i can find and get someone to drive me in their car while driving the dt02 down a motorway 😂 can easily wind it up then... on 2nd thoughts with my track record of crashing thats not a good idea 🤔😂

39mph nice, better tyres and place to run. There was a huge difference with the CVA's over pogo shocks.

Brill, 2mph more than last time 😂 That puts you jn 3rd place on the leader board 👍 Put 2 spots of superglue top + bottom on the rim to glue the tyre on making it easier to get the tyre off if you need to, that way the tyre wont slip off when youre bombing up and down 👍

@@cw-01creations46 3rd that aint bad. Im going to look for some slightly bigger tyres for it, glue them then maybe get a lexan body for it. Was trying to my best with what iv got but i reckon thats close to my limit with the parts iv got now. Was going to try and get a bigger pinion but looks like alot of work if u have to drill the case out to mesh it correctly. Enjoying it though was a fun day today 😁

@@RCMadUK If you're using a 60a esc, you won't get the full potential from your 5900kv motor as it requires more amps to power. A 120a esc will do the trick perfectly 👍

@@cw-01creations46 its a old hobbywing but doesnt have any markings on it so aint got a clue what its running. I started fitting a 185a arrma esc that i used on my tt02 but then i realised its rated 3-6s so might not work on 2s. Ill see what else i have sitting around in other builds tomorrow 👍🏻

Great runs lads.....and loving the walk of shame benny hill music!🤣 That was a far better running ground there,a lot quieter to. Think you need a few dabs of superglue on those rubbers though! 😁 👍 👍 👍

@@yodadarksideGreenHawksRC 😂 he didnt find that funny for some reason 😂 yeh mate iv got a couple of pairs of different rears to try next, when i got home i took a look at the wheels and they are completely black where the tyre sits on the wheel so they was spinning. Might get a couple more mph with them glued 👍🏻
