Chef uses a blend of Cheddar and Jack cheese. Then he tops that with a little Parmesan for a 3 cheese blend. I made mine last night and topped it with tomatoes and green onions, the veggies were a good combo with the cheese. --Producer Matt

2 packets is WAY too much for one person, just use one. Otherwise, great video and great recipe
