Going through power engineering tests right now, and this is exactly what I needed to understand the process. Reading the books is nothing compared to this. Love the little shots and gripes throughout as well lol. Most likely never going to do this or any type of welding, but now I can picture it in my head when I'm asked about it. Thanks!

I ran a multi head submerged arc welder that ran on railroad tracks, welding decks on rail cars. Pandjiris Welder. The welding wire had to be cut with wire cutters.
