Cwmcarn is so Good For Mountain Biking!

Cwmcarn Forest Drive is a well known mountain bike riding spot not just in South Wales but the whole UK. There is a trail centre located at the hill where you can embark on three different cross country routes. It is the off piste trails that surround the area that makes it so good! Built mostly by the guys at Risca Riders, you have a whole host of trails to challenge your capabilities. My favourite downhill trail to ride though is turns in the ferns!

They are all easily accessed. Most start from the main road that loops around the forest.
