I have been told by my seafood that it would be impossible to master more than two or three styles in a lifetime and yet you seem to have surpassed this is it truly possible to be a master of so many styles when Masters of old would spend lifetime perfecting a single style? Thank you

I know his way but there are many things that I don’t agree.

Wong Hon Fan´s level of kung fu was probably extremely low. He contradicts himself dozens of times in his publications as well as in several places and to his books among themselves. For example, in The Secrets of mantis boxing art he cited his teacher with a very great quote "If he (the opponent) forces you to retreat and then crowds in on you, giving you no respite, you are truly in a disadvantageous position, liable to be knocked down at any moment, a dangerous situation. It is the way of combat that the one who seizes the initiative in an all-out struggle, the one who refuses the passive role, has the best chance of victory. Whenever an opponent takes charge, it will be rare for you to win. Therefore in a life-or-death situation, never allow yourself to not seize the initiative." However, he does not apply these principles. On the contrary his applications contradict all logical common sense. They are purely a worsening improvement of the situation beforehand. Not a fighting principle is used in doing so. No sign of leading the fight or gaining the initiative. The hard and soft methods done wrong. The list is almost endless… It ist just not doable even if one is trying it in slomotion. Interestin how Wong Hon Fan couldn´t know about the argar wood techniques in Beng Bu Quan. For example the first technique “fetch the beads from the bottom of the sea” and “lifting the treasure behind the back”....
