Plus they did a horrible job setting up the algorithm that detects it. If you speak Spanish, don't say "black" or if you mention the countries of Niger and Nigeria, you're f*cked.) They're ban policy is also completely arbitrary. A mother was banned indefinitely for her three year old daughter appearing in front of the camera while she was away. The reasoning was Twitch's policies regarding COPPA. Data can't be collected from minors under COPPA (no it's not a child exploitation thing. It's just a data thing). Meanwhile a streamer who "accidentally" showed off her unmentionables on stream was banned for just three days. Do I need to mention there were minors in the audience? Furthermore, criticism against Twitch and Twitch Admins on site and even off site is punishable by a ban.
