I work for a chain brunch resturant. The head chef in charge of our limited time only menu items,seems like he basically does the same thing and most of the time it's disgusting.Like we have a celery juice we serve right now which is also 25% coconut water basically ex lax in a glass and it's disgusting.We also have a lemon quinoa pancake.Yea that's just what I want in my pancake,boiled bird seed.Another example we have a shredded dykon and carrot slaw we serve right now,its marinated in rice wine vinegar and it literally smells like a shit took a shit. It smells so bad it will choke you and make your eyes water. At least Robbaz's dish looks like something I'd like.

@@GenocideGeoff Liver is quite common in Swedish food. I'm not a huge fan, though I do like liver pâté which is a common thing you put on your sandwich here especially around Christmas. Oven pancakes is also a very common Swedish dish. I don't eat it every week but I do eat it like once every other month. Jam is an important part of Swedish food as well :P. Swedish people like their jam lol.
