Hello friend❤ I loved this video. One question, what's the purpose of the lemon juice in the cream cheese?

To make it taste like a traditional cheesecake in the center. I would personally omit the lemon for vanilla extract in the chocolate chip and cocoa versions. You can always use rose water too. Usually at the half way baking mark you want to remove your cookies and tap the pan on the counter 5 times to help flatten the cookies out then place them back in the oven to finish cooking. This step was omitted but that is how they do it in professional kitchens. If you like cheesecake brownies then you will enjoy cheesecake cookies.
